Our Local Lethbridge Charities

As successful members of the Lethbridge community, My Service Company cares about helping the less fortunate and contributing to the common good of all our Alberta neighbors. Listed below are some of the excellent local Lethbridge charities, groups, and organizations that we support.

The Wood’s Homes Foundation of Lethbridge

The Wood’s Homes Foundation of Lethbridge serves children and their families in Lethbridge, Alberta. The offer emergency shelter for children, family support and crisis stabilization. My Service Company supports the Woods Homes Foundation by donating generously to their fundraising gala every year. We are proud to support this worthy cause.

The YWCA Harbour House of Lethbridge

The YWCA Harbour House of Lethbridge exists to help women and their children who find themselves in abusive relationships. Abuse can take many forms, and the Harbour House provides emergency shelter and counselling to rescue families in need. As we do with Wood’s Homes Foundation, we attend and donate generously to the Harbour House’s annual fundraising gala.

My Service Company believes that family is the cornerstone of a healthy community, and as such we have carefully chosen two charities we can be very focused on rather than making many smaller donations.

Southwest Little League

My Service Company proudly supports Southwest Little League. Just visit a game sometime and look for the bright orange “Tigers” jerseys! We believe that team sports for young children develops skill and character that will those youngsters through the rest of their lives. Look closely, you just might see ‘flipchart guy’ coaching one of those teams in orange! Visit our Facebook page April through June to keep up with our team, learn where you can attend a game and enjoy photos of our game play.
